A Columbus area Taco Bell is set to receive an exterior facelift, according to a permit flied with the city. The Taco Bell at 808 S High St will get improvements that include new pavers, new curb alignment, signage and new lighting that aligns with the historical architectural guidelines of the Brewery District. The work is projected to cost $22,000 to complete, according to information found on the permit filing.

Known for having lunch and dinner options as well as a breakfast menu, Taco Bell offers a variety of fast casual foods including tacos, burritos and nacho. There are speciality items like quesadillas, Mexican pizzas and the eatery’s own menu creation called a crunchwrap supreme, which is a protein and nacho cheese sauce on a tostada, topped with sour cream, lettuce and tomato, then wrapped in a toasted tortilla. The breakfast options include breakfast burritos, quesadillas and crunchwrap supremes filled with eggs and meats like sausage, bacon and steak.

Taco Bell started in California in 1962 and has grown to over 8,000 restaurants in 32 countries worldwide, with over 20 locations in the Columbus area.
