Although the exact Columbus locations haven’t been confirmed yet, Eggs Up Grill franchisee Paul Belle, with partners Sheryl Belle, Mitchell Belle and Josh O’Neil, tells What Now Columbus that he hopes to have the first restaurant open by next spring, with the other three to follow in 2024 and into 2025. Belle owns Belle Restaurant Management and is also a Firehouse Subs franchisee in the Columbus area.

When the eatery arrives in the area, guests at Eggs Up Grill can choose from breakfast favorites like a variety of omelets, waffles and pancakes, along with platters featuring eggs, home fries, gravy and breakfast meats. Other options include twists on eggs benedict like corned beef hash or crab cake benedicts.

Breakfast isn’t only about the food, and perhaps nothing says brunch like a mimosa. Guests can find a traditional mimosa made with orange juice, as well as a cranberry mimosa on the menu, along with coffee, tea and soft drinks. Lunch choices range from burgers, sandwiches and salads.
