The store is owned and operated by Christopher Klebba who now owns 7 Smoothie Kings in the Columbus area. “We think the Graceland Shopping Center and opening another Columbus store location will support a great community in the area and the customer traffic that Graceland generates is a win for us and the other tenants,” Klebba said in a statement. “We chose the area specifically for its reputation as a family-oriented community looking for healthy options for its kids and a boost for Mom during the day.”
Klebba is founding president of Northern Diamond Management, a private equity firm tied to the holding company that owns all of his Smoothie King franchises in Ohio and Michigan. Like Smoothie King, Klebba is extremely community oriented and has focused on investing in the people who work for him at all of his locations.
As part of its vision to be an integral part of every health and fitness journey, Smoothie King’s diverse menu features 70 purposefully-blended smoothies tailored to each guest’s needs – all of which fit into one of four purpose categories: Fitness, Slim, Wellness and Break Time.
Smoothie King implemented its Clean Blends promise as part of its mission to be more transparent about what ingredients go and don’t go into each smoothie. Through this promise, Smoothie King is committed to using more whole fruits and organic vegetables – like mangoes, blueberries, kale and spinach – to blend more nutritious, great-tasting smoothies. The Clean Blends promise also means zero added sugar in many purpose blends and a menu with absolutely no artificial preservatives, flavors, colors and other ingredients on the brand’s “No No List.”
