According to a recent permit filing, the Chick-fil-A inside the Polaris Fashion Place, located at 1500 Polaris Pkwy will undergo some improvements. As detailed in the permit filing, the anticipated work at the eatery located inside the mall is projected to cost $150,000, with Chipman Design Architecture listed as the architect of record for the work.
The upgrades are related to the back of house operations and much of the work centers around replacing the walk in coolers and freezer as well as installing a new concrete slab to hold a new, larger walk in cooler and freezer.
Chick-fil-A is known for its crispy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, thirst-quenching lemonade and quick service. The first restaurant got its start in Georgia, by founder Truett Cathy in the late 1960s and has grown over the years to a thriving chain with over 3,000 eateries located throughout 48 states, Canada and Puerto Rico, according to information on its website.Â
The Chick-fil-A menu features chicken, cooked grilled or fried, served on a sandwich, wrap, in a salad or as nuggets or strips. The eatery also offers breakfast items, like the chicken biscuit –a crispy chicken breast served on a biscuit–as well as a yogurt parfait, breakfast burrito and fruit cup. In addition to the mains and waffle fries, there are also dessert options such as milkshakes, cookies and brownies.
