The bar is being brought to Columbus by Casie Goldstein, who also owns dog daycare All Paws Retreat, and Goldstein tells What Now Columbus that the inspiration behind the forthcoming concept stems from the influx of people working from home since the pandemic as well as keeping an eye on nationwide trends.

“People are still learning how to adapt their lives to living with their companions. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and I saw the dog bars popping up across the U.S., so I wanted to solve that problem for Columbus and do it in an exceptional way,” Goldstein said.

While the construction is slated to start in early 2024, the architectural plans are still being finalized at the time of this article writing. At this time, the goal is to open for business in early summer 2024.
