In a recent series of Instagram posts, Thrive Companies, the developer behind the Grandview Crossing food hall, announced a few of the vendors coming to the food hall, which is currently slated to open this fall. One of the confirmed vendors is Vietnamese eatery Lan Viet, a restaurant that has served traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine to the Columbus community for over 14 years.

The food hall stall will make the third Lan Viet location, with the other two currently operating at the North Market Downtown and North Market Bridge Park. Lan Viet owner Khanh Le tells What Now Columbus that its Little Grand Market location will serve a menu that’s similar to the other two locations, but it won’t feature any rice dishes because Le is also behind a new rice bowl eatery, called Common Rice, which is coming to The Little Grand Market.

In terms of the Lan Viet offerings at The Little Grand Market, the eatery will serve noodle dishes, pho and a variety of banh mi sandwiches, along with tea and Vietnamese drinks.

“We’ll serve some different plays on our banh mi, including a crispy pork belly version,” Le said.
