Per language in the permit filing, the work is for interior tenant improvements that include the demolition of partition walls, construction of new partition walls, finish work and new lighting. What Now Columbus reached out to Isabella Bonello, owner of Three Bites Bakery, for more information on the upcoming move, but a request for comment wasn’t available at the time of this article’s publication.

Bonello is slated to move out of the Mount Vernon Avenue location by mid-June, according to an article published last month in an article on the website Columbus Underground. The bakery will share the space with Little Cat Boba, per information in the previously published article.

The Three Bites Bakery menu features specialty cakes, as well as an every day menu of cookies and pastries like ensaymada, a Filipino brioche bread covered with butter, sugar, parmesan cheese and sharp white cheddar, as well as Nutella cornetto, an Italian style croissant with orange zest flavored dough and filled with Nutella. Lunch selections include sandwiches like a chorizo sandwich and vegan mushroom sandwich.
