Three Creeks Kitchen and Cocktails is a partnership between the founder of O’Toole’s Irish Pub, Joe Grundey, and his daughter, Payton Grundey, as well as executive chefs and partial owners Andrew Hillis and Alexandra Serfaty, who previously worked for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.

Per information in the recently published article, Hillis will bring a menu centered around steaks and seafood, while Serfaty has extensive patisserie experience, so the menu will likely feature dessert options as well. Rounding out the staff is Alaina Short, who previously worked at Wolf’s Ridge Brewing and will serve as the eatery’s creative director.

Three Creeks will feature a main dining room, large patio and four seasons room. What Now Columbus reached out to the ownership for more information on the eatery, and Payton Grundey says the team is anticipating a Mid-October opening.

Grundey describes the interior as featuring  “a natural look with opulent touches,” through the use of a neutral color palette that includes green and gold, as well as some vintage pieces and various textures intermingled in the decor.

“The four seasons room overlooks Rocky Fork Creek so that adds a naturescape,” she said.

And Grundey explained that the menu will feature comfort foods that the chefs will put their own twists on and guests should expect familiar new American dishes with different flavor profiles.
