No further construction details were available in the permit filing, and the filing lists 5535 New Albany Rd as the site of the renovations, however, Google lists the current tenant as Zero Pizza. Per language in documents associated with the permit filing, the New Albany spot will be the Greek restaurant’s third location and will include a drive-thru. What Now Columbus reached out to Gyro City Grill ownership for comment, but the individual was not ready to share details about the permit filing or plans for the New Albany location.

As noted on the eatery’s website, Gyro City Grill serves items like hummus, calamari, lentil soup, Greek salad, gyros and kabobs. Dessert options include baklava and tiramisu, as well as a selection of soft drinks.

Find the establishment on Facebook or Instagram to stay up to date with the restaurant.
