The permit lists the ownership of the Wingstop as Sizzling Platter, a Utah-based restaurant management company that serve as the franchisor for brands such as Little Caesars, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jamba, Jersey Mike’s, Cinnabon, Red Robin and Sizzler. As the name suggests, Wingstop specializes in chicken wings, with menu options ranging from classic bone-in wings to boneless, with a number of sauces in varying spice levels.

The eatery also serves chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches along with fries, veggie sticks and cajun fried corn. And, there’s a number of dipping choices ranging from ranch and blue cheese to honey mustard, or a cheese sauce.

What Now Columbus reached out to a representative with Sizzling Platter to get more details about the location, such as the size of the restaurant, the planned seating options at the space and the anticipated opening timeline, but a request for comment was not returned.
