As first reported by Columbus Monthly, Letha Pugh, owner of the gluten-free eatery Bake Me Happy has a new concept in the works called Core Cafè, which will be located at 3200 Tremont Rd. According to the article, Pugh has recently presented the concept to the Upper Arlington City Council, with plans to sign a three year lease for the restaurant that will be located in the Bob Crane Community Center. The concept would open next spring when the community center, which is currently under construction, is slated to be completed.

While its menu items won’t be exclusively gluten-free, according to information in the article, Core Cafè will be a 600-square-foot restaurant that will offer healthy grab-and-go offerings from a variety of local establishments. The exact menu offerings aren’t clear and What Now Columbus reached out to Pugh for further details, but a request for comment wasn’t immediately returned.
