The permit lists the business name as Tacos and More, with the owner listed as Bernardino Ventura, who, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s online business directory, operates several businesses, including a Mexican street food truck, under the business name Oaxaca Enterprises, LLC.

What Now Columbus reached out to Ventura for more information about the forthcoming business, and while he confirmed that there are plans in place to add a commercial hood in the kitchen, he declined to share further details about the project at this time, and stated that things like the menu offerings and business hours of operations are still being developed.
