As reported by Columbus Underground, Holy Crepes is expanding to North Market Downtown and anticipates opening some time next month. This will mark the second brick-and-mortar location for the crepe business, which started as a food truck in 2017 before expanding to North Market Bridge Park last year.

The sweet and savory crepe business is owned by Enis Ndreu and features sweet crepes filled with assorted nut butters and fruits, along with savory varieties like ham and cheese or chicken, baby spinach and mozzarella.

Ndreu shared with What Now Columbus that the downtown location will also offer milkshakes which will be a bit different from its other locations. And given the foot traffic at the forthcoming space, the location will also feature a selection of daily rotating specials.

“I’m excited about opening at North Market Downtown. It’s the oldest market in town,” he said.

The creperie’s newest location will be open seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, with the option of ordering online and it will offer delivery services through various third-party services. An exact opening date has not been announced, but for more information, follow Holy Crepes on Facebook to stay updated on the North Market Downtown opening timeline.
