The tea company opened its first brick and mortar in Troy in 2022, and the Brown Street shop will mark the third location.

Owned by Jess Justice, QQ Qiang and Ting Shi, the business started as a pop-up and has gained a following over the past few years. What Now Columbus spoke with Justice, who shared details about the opening timeline and menu at the forthcoming Brown Street location.

The Brown Street space will feature seating for around 15 guests, and will feature the same array of tea drinks that customers find at the other two locations. Those drinks include milk teas, fruit teas, brewed teas and smoothies.

And for those with a sweet tooth, they serve mochi waffles, in a number of flavors, made in the shape of a cat’s paw. A few of the cat paw mochi waffle flavors include strawberry and chocolate, pizza and apple cinnamon.

“We serve mochi and bubble waffles, and we may partner with a local bakery to offer pastries in the future,” Justice said.

According to Justice, the current timeline for opening looks to be early March.
