Twin Peaks Restaurant recently announced it will open its first location in Columbus in May 2023 — the exact date has not yet been revealed.
Replacing LC Kitchen, at 1611 Polaris Parkway, near the Polaris Fashion Place Shopping Mall, the new lodge will be operated by JEB Food Group, according to a press release. The new Twin Peaks will offer patrons 70 TVs to catch the big game and 32 beers, including both national and local favorites,
“We’ve been looking forward to opening this location in Columbus for some time,” said JEB Owner John Hong in the release. “With the cozy lodge environment, TVs everywhere to catch all the live action, plenty of beers on tap, and made-from-scratch food, nothing compares to Twin Peaks’ ultimate game day experience. We can’t wait to introduce the number-one sports bar to the community!”
Twin Peaks offers a wide selection of draft favorites and its beverage menu has something for everyone — whether you prefer enjoying a rare bourbon, whiskey or tequila poured over a crystal-clear ice ball, or a hand-crafted cocktail featuring unique and favored brands, Twin Peaks has you covered.
The lodge’s made-from-scratch kitchen serves up options like the hand-cut New York Strip Steak, flatbreads, and classic hand-smashed, seared-to-order burgers.
In addition, the Polaris location will feature a large outdoor patio with a cozy fireplace and extra dining space for guests to enjoy the great outdoors just in time for spring and summer.
“JEB has done a great job of leading their existing Twin Peaks locations in Ohio, so we trust their expertise as we continue to expand our footprint across the state,” Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel said. “With this location conveniently next to Fashion Place mall, we can’t wait to become the go-to spot to catch any game after a long day of shopping. We’re looking forward to building our team as we prepare for our debut this May.”
In preparation for its grand opening, Twin Peaks is hiring over 120 team members for various positions including Twin Peaks Girls, bartenders, managers and Heart of House positions. Interested candidates can text “WORK4TP” to 85000 to begin the application process or stop by the restaurant from Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
When Twin Peaks Columbus opens its doors, it will serve guests Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. The opening will mark the first Twin Peaks in Columbus and the fourth in Ohio.
