What Now Columbus spoke with co-owner Steven Huynh, who shared that the second location, set to open in September, will be an express restaurant serving slightly different menu offerings and operating in a smaller footprint than their original location at 3464 Pentagon Blvd in Beavercreek, which is around 5,000 square feet. The Huber Heights Commons location will be a 1,600 square foot eatery that will serve an abbreviated version of their menu.
“It’s an express version, so we’ll serve subs, pho, appetizers and vermicelli noodle dishes,” Huynh said.
Huynh shared that the express menu won’t include any stir fry dishes or anything that is prepared in a wok, but it will include drinks like bubble tea and coffee.
