Jubie’s Creamery is a family-owned business that opened in July of 2018 in Fairborn by Julie Domicone, who is the vice president of operations, along with her father, Fred, and mother, Stacey.

Serving traditional scoop ice cream, as well as soft serve and dairy free options, Jubie’s Creamery offers their ice cream in cones and sundaes or as the filling in an ice cream cookie sandwich. Additional menu items include soft serve parfaits like brownie bite and strawberry cheesecake along with seasonal options. The menu also features blasts, which blends ice cream with a number of mix-ins like M&M’s candies, cookie dough or brownie bites, as well as shakes.

In terms of space, the Troy location will be about 1,200 square feet and will boast outdoor seating as well as seating inside for around 40 guests. Domicone said the company is currently working with the city to configure the space in order to install a drive-thru window at the location.

A definite opening date hasn’t been set, but the Jubie’s team is aiming to open by the summer, depending on the permitting process. Follow the ice cream shop on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to stay up to date on the Troy location’s opening details.
