A.M. Scott Distillery will take up two floors in the historic Clock Tower building to house the concepts, with 6,000 square feet on the first floor to be home to the restaurant and lounge. When it comes to the seating capacity, there will be room for around 75 to 100 guests on the first floor, as well as a banquet area for private events located on the second floor. And there are plans for a beer garden outside on the first floor.

Although the exact food menu at the restaurant hasn’t been released yet, guests can expect gastropub style fare, according to Jess Nielsen, Marketing Director with A.M. Scott Distillery.

When it comes to the retail component, Provisions Co., will sell the distillery’s own bourbon, gin and vodka and brand apparel, in addition to Ohio made goods, such as home goods and food items like cocktail mixes, honey and barbecue rubs and sauces.

Currently, the timeline for opening The Clock Tower is the middle of next year.
