According to information in the previous article, Enrique Alvarez, district manager for the group of restaurants that includes 14 El Toro Mexican restaurants, Vallarta and the forthcoming brunch eatery, shared that the space will be remodeled into “a calm and vibrant atmosphere for customers to enjoy an espresso, coffee flight or specialty brunch cocktail while working, reading or visiting with friends.”

The eatery’s menu will feature brunch sandwiches and avocado toasts, as well as classics like pancakes, French toast and chicken and waffles. Additional offerings will include shakshuka, huevos rancheros and croque madame, as well as pastries, scones, cookies and breads, all to be made fresh in-house.

Although an exact timeline hasn’t been released, the article states that the ownership is aiming to open some time this fall. What Now Columbus reached out to Alvarez, but a request for comment wasn’t immediately available.
