According to recent reporting, a new bar could be on the way to Easton Town Center at 3950 Gramercy St, in the former home of Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant. The popular cowboy themed bar Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Cowboy Bar & Smokehouse has applied for a liquor license at the location, as detailed in the recent article.

The cowboy themed bar currently has locations in 15 cities across the U.S. including Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia and St. Louis. Some hallmarks of a PBR Cowboy Bar are its country-western themed decor, mechanical bull and ample dance floor, perfect for line dancing.
In addition to beer and cocktails, PBR Cowboy Bars serve barbecue from Lockhart Smokehouse a Texas based smokehouse with a menu that features smoked meats like brisket, chicken and pork and sides such as cole slaw, macaroni and cheese and potato salad.
According to its website, Easton Town Center is the home of over 200 shopping, dining and entertainment venues and if PBR Cowboy Bar is added to the lineup, the bar will join diverse entertainment venues that include AMC Theatres, Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant and The Escape Room.
What Now Columbus reached out to representatives with Easton Town Center and PBR Cowboy Bar to request a timeline for opening and more information about the bar and smokehouse, but didn’t receive an immediate response.
