According to the article, the site plans show the Buc-ee’s will have 120 gas pumps and parking for over 700 vehicles. The fueling centers are known for their expansive convenience stores that carry ready to eat, fast casual items like brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, breakfast tacos and burritos, all made in-house, along with a bakery that serves pastries, cinnamon rolls and cookies.
