A permit filed with the city of Columbus shows south Asian eatery Jasmine Fusion Grill may be making plans to open at 2928 N High St, near the OSU campus. What Now Columbus spoke with Jasmine Fusion Grill co-owner Meredith Spano, who confirmed that the eatery is looking at the North High Street location as a potential space, but Spano said it’s too early in the permitting process to confirm the move or to comment on a timeline for opening or other details.

According to details found in the permit filing, the proposed work is to make alterations to the space in two phases. During the initial phase, the space will be converted from a pizza shop to an Indian food take out restaurant, as per the permit filing, with the language in the permit outlining further renovations during a phase two of renovations that would include adding an ADA compliant restroom and dining area.

Currently, Jasmine Fusion Grill operates at 5833 Sawmill Rd, in Dublin, in a shared space with We Got Meat. The Jasmine Fusion Grill menu features items like tandoori wings, a chicken tikka hoagie served with fries and biryani served with goat or chicken.
