According to a recent 614Now article, one Budd Dairy Food Hall vendor is making plans to leave the food hall and open a brick and mortar establishment. Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen will vacate the food hall later this month in order to shift its focus on a new burger concept, called Alphaburger, which is currently slated to open some time in April.

Currently the Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen menu features sandwiches, hot dogs, soups and burgers that include a chili topped patty, a burger adorned with shredded brisket, as well as a burger that features two slices of cooked bacon, onion straws and barbecue sauce.

What Now Columbus reached out to Alphabetical Comfort Kitchen owner Jordan Lamatrice for more information on the new concept, including the address of the brick and mortar and what guests should expect of the location, such as if it will operate on a carryout and delivery only model or if there will be seating available, but the request for comment wasn’t immediately returned.
