It’s unclear when the renovations will begin or if the eatery will need to close for any part of the work to be completed. The permit filing lists franchise group Pacific Bells as the franchisee for the location. What Now Columbus reached out to the franchise group to learn details about how the renovations may impact guests, but a request for comment was not immediately returned.

In terms of food offerings, Taco Bell features a variety of fast casual foods including tacos, burritos and nachos. There are also quesadillas, Mexican pizzas and bowls made with proteins, vegetables, beans and assorted toppings.

According to information found on its website, Taco Bell started in California in 1962 and has expanded throughout the years to include locations throughout the world, as well as add innovative menu offerings like the gordita and the brand’s popular nacho fries.
