Although the name of the upcoming concept hasn’t been released yet, it has been revealed that it will primarily serve as a space to host private dinners and events. With some of the events focused around providing experiences such as wine and chef’s tastings, as well as serving as a space to host private parties and events.

Guests of the private dinners can expect to enjoy the Pelino’s Pasta menu items, with the intention of eventually expanding the three and four course prix fixe options served at the pasta eatery to as many as nine courses during the private dinners.

In addition, the Pearl Street location will also host educational events, like elevated pasta cooking classes. The current timeline for opening the third concept is set for late March, and details on how to sign up for the concept’s inaugural event will soon be made available on the Pelino’s Pasta website.
