A recent permit filing shows that a new sushi eatery called Ujelei Sushi is making plans to operate at 1500 Polaris Pkwy, at a kiosk inside Polaris Fashion Place. Per language in the permit documents, the work is for construction of a new kiosk within the confines of the existing  Polaris Mall in a previous kiosk location. Work to be performed will entail modifying existing plumbing and electrical systems for new use, with the total projected scope of work to cost $20,000, according to the permit filing.
