According to a recently filed permit, cookie company For The Love of Dough may soon operate at the forthcoming Grandview Crossing food hall. The Collective Market, currently under construction and slated to open later this year, is a highly-anticipated food hall. Information about the food hall has been kept under wraps by Thrive Companies, the developer behind Grandview Crossing, as well as some of the food hall’s perspective vendors.

What Now Columbus reached out to Loren Snow, founder, head chef and CEO of For The Love of Dough, to get more information about his plans to open at the food hall, but he was unable to confirm or deny that the business will be a part of the food hall.

“Something exciting is happening in Grandview and I think everyone is going to be surprised at what they see [when it opens],” Snow said of the forthcoming space.

For The Love of Dough started as a passion project for Snow, when he began baking cookies during the pandemic. Today, For The Love of Dough can be found at numerous farmers markets and events throughout the city. Cookie flavors range from classic chocolate chip to carrot cake and red velvet to seasonal offerings like chocolate covered strawberry.

Snow encouraged anyone interested in staying up to date on the latest For The Love of Dough news to follow the cookie business on Instagram.
