According to a recent permit filing, Jennings Java Coffee Roasters is moving to 116 E Moler St to expand their operations. Currently, the company is located at 1193 S Front St, but as explained by founders Daniel Jennings and AJ Kazmierczak in a video posted on the company’s website, the coffee company is moving in order to have space for their roasting operations and a full cafe.

As detailed in the video, Jennings Java was started by Daniel in 2016 while he was in college. The company’s current location on Front St was their first base of operations once Jennings graduated in 2019. The company has grown rapidly in the four years since moving into the space through selling wholesale beans as well as through selling coffee beans, coffee drinks and pre-packaged canned coffee in person, by neighborhood delivery and through online sales.

The timeline for opening the Moler St location is unclear, but according to the video shared by Jennings and Kazmierczak, the lease has been signed for their new space and they’re currently running a Kickstarter campaign to crowdfund the costs associated with required renovations and equipment they’ll need in order to be operational. What Now Columbus reached out to Jennings Java for more information about their move, but didn’t receive an immediate response.
