Homage is “an old-school dive bar” that brings together strong drinks, quality food and nostalgic style, according to information on the bar’s page on the Graduate Columbus website. Graduate Columbus, along with Homage, are owned and operated by AJ Capital Partners. As noted on the firm’s website, “Adventurous Journeys (“AJ”) Capital Partners is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager founded in 2008. The firm repositions real estate to build timeless, scalable businesses and brand platforms.” The website further explains that “the firm’s current portfolio includes $5.3 billion of assets across 100+ properties and 50+ geographic markets.”

Homage opened in the fall of 2023 and the food menu consists of breakfast items like a breakfast burrito, a breakfast BLT, which is the classic sandwich with the addition of an egg, and French toast, along with a variety of coffee drinks, served until noon. The evening menu features bar bites like onion dip, hummus and soft pretzels, along with cocktails and beer.
